The Role

This is a varied position combining Treatment Coordination, patient journey management, leadership and operational support.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting iTero scans

• Supporting consultation and treatment conversion

• Managing patient journeys from enquiry through to treatment completion

• Supporting the White City kiosk operation

• Leading and supporting the TCO team

• Supporting team training and development

• Assisting with clinical and non-clinical rotas

• Acting as a key point of support for the Practice Manager

• Helping drive exceptional patient experience standards

• Supporting operational performance across White City and Chelsea

What We're Looking For

• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience

• Strong treatment conversion ability

• Experience with iTero scanning

• Cosmetic dentistry experience desirable

• Excellent communication skills

• Commercially aware and target-driven

• Leadership experience or desire to progress into leadership

• Professional, confident and patient-focused approach

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
