Are you an experienced Associate Dentist looking for the opportunity to focus entirely on private dentistry, with an established patient list, genuine clinical freedom and the support of an experienced team?

Elev8 Search Group is working with a well established, independently owned, fully private dental practice in Exeter, seeking an Associate Dentist to join its clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist already working in private practice, or an experienced clinician from a mixed background who is ready to make the transition into exclusively private dentistry.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a busy, reputable independent practice with a strong emphasis on high-quality general dentistry, preventative care and building lasting relationships with patients.

Unlike opportunities where you're expected to develop a patient base from scratch, this position comes with a full, well-maintained list of established private patients, many of whom have longstanding relationships with the practice.

The practice also has a healthy flow of new patients, providing an excellent foundation for an associate looking to build a stable, rewarding long-term career in private dentistry.

You'll have the clinical freedom to deliver patient-focused dentistry, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking to speak with GDC-registered dentists who have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality general dentistry and providing continuity of care.

Ideally, you'll have:

• A minimum of three years post-qualification experience

• Confidence in general and routine restorative dentistry

• Experience in private practice, or a solid mixed-practice background with a genuine desire to transition into fully private dentistry

• A patient-focused approach, with strong communication and treatment-planning skills

• An interest in preventative dentistry and long-term patient care

• Current GDC registration and appropriate professional indemnity

Above all, the practice is looking for a clinician who values quality over volume, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.
