Job description
Location - Remote (South East UK territory)
Salary - £50,000 – £60,000 + car allowance + £20K OTE
Job Type - Permanent, Full-Time
Company Overview -
A long-established UK packaging converter, specialising in printed folding cartons for health & beauty, pharma, and premium FMCG clients. The company is known for technical expertise, agile service, and an innovation-led approach to print.
Role Summary -
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships in your territory. You will sell high-quality printed cartonboard solutions, working closely with design and production teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify, target, and win new B2B accounts in the South East
- Grow revenue with existing SME and mid-sized customers
- Attend client meetings, packaging expos, and site visits
- Collaborate with estimating and artwork departments
- Build relationships across procurement, marketing, and NPD
- Maintain CRM and pipeline activity reports
Skills & Experience Required -
- Proven sales success in printed folding cartons or related packaging
- Strong regional client knowledge (South East preferred)
- Ability to sell technical print solutions consultatively
- Excellent negotiation, rapport-building, and presentation skills
