PRIVATE ASSOCIATE DENTIST
Carmarthenshire | Private Only | Full-Time Preferred
An independent, private-only dental practice in Carmarthenshire is looking to welcome a high-quality Associate Dentist into a boutique, fully refurbished, modern environment.
This role has been created due to genuine patient demand and continued growth. It will suit a dentist who values clinical freedom, high standards, and long-term patient care, rather than volume or targets.

- Private-only role
- Full-time preferred (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
- Minimum 3 days per week considered (Wednesday is essential)
- Up to 50/50 split, dependent on experience
- Uncapped revenue
- No targets, no pressure

- A GDC registered Associate Dentist
- A clinician with post-qualification experience, confident in general dentistry
- A strong communicator who prioritises patient understanding, rapport, and trust
- Someone who enjoys relationship-based dentistry and high standards of care
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- A dentist seeking a stable, ethical, long-term private setting
- Fluent in English with a professional and respectful approach
Work Schedule
- Preferred | Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)
- Considered | Minimum 3 days per week (must include Wednesday)
