• Shifts - 06.00am - 2pm | 2pm - 10pm
• Package - £30,000 per year

The Role

Working in a fast paced finishing department, you'll be -

• Operate a wide range of finishing equipment with a strong focus on folder operation
• Produce high quality stitched booklets and folded materials to tight deadlines
• Support short run PUR binding and guillotining where required
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time
• Take ownership of your output, ensuring all work meets brand and quality standards

What We’re Looking For - 

• Proven experience in print finishing, especially in stitch line and booklet making
• Strong folder operator skills
• Experience using PUR binders and guillotines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, using initiative and sound judgement
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
• High-level attention to detail
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Meticulous, self-motivated, and quality-driven
• Flexible attitude and a strong team player
