The Practice

 

You will lead a busy mixed NHS and private practice within a structured but owner led group.

 

The environment is modern, digitally equipped and operationally established.

 

The group is growth focused and expanding, with potential longer term opportunity at group level as operations scale.

 

The Role

 

You will be responsible for -

 

• Day-to-day operational management
• Staff rota management
• Stock control and ordering
• Supporting UDA delivery performance
• Supporting private revenue growth
• Ensuring smooth clinical and non-clinical coordination
• Maintaining compliance and standards

 

This role requires someone comfortable making decisions and taking ownership.

 

Salary & Incentives

 

• £33,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
• Typical band £35,000 – £38,000
• Performance incentives currently being introduced linked to UDA delivery and private revenue

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

• Experienced Dental Practice Manager preferred OR Strong Lead Receptionist ready to step into a management role
