Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice (4 Days/Week)
Location: Liverpool (Kirby)
Pay: £14 per UDA | Private Split: 45%
Gross Earnings Potential: Uncapped (growth opportunity)

The Role
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join 4 days per week. This is a list build position, offering the opportunity to establish yourself within the practice and grow both NHS and private income over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
- Building and developing a patient list
- Working within a digital workflow environment
- Supporting patient care through clear communication
- Collaborating with the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of UK experience
- GDC registered with an active NHS performer number
- Comfortable in a growth-focused, developing practice
- Motivated to build a long-term position
