Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice (2 Days/Week)

Pay: £14 per UDA | Private Split: 45% | Lab Split: 50%

The Role

We are looking for a driven dentist to join the team. As an Associate, you’ll work 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday), managing a full list of patients with a mix of NHS and private care. With 2,000 - 2,500 UDAs available, this role offers excellent earning potential while allowing you to maintain a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality dental treatments in a family-focused setting
• Managing a busy mixed list (NHS & private) with consistent patient demand
• Fully digital systems, including CT, OPG, and intraoral scanners
• Providing treatments that enhance patient confidence and oral health
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on patient satisfaction and care

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience
• GDC registered with an active NHS performer number
• Passion for delivering high-quality dental care with a patient-first approach
• Ability to work in a family-friendly, supportive environment
• Comfortable with mixed practice settings and private treatment options
