Elev8 Search Group was founded to bring a different approach to dental recruitment.

Meet John

After working in healthcare recruitment since 2021 and progressing to a UK Team Lead position, I had the opportunity to build and lead a dentistry division focused on supporting practices across the UK.

During that time, one thing became clear, recruitment in dentistry often relies too heavily on job adverts and waiting for applications.

Yet many of the dental professionals open to moving simply aren’t actively searching job boards.

That gap is where Elev8 was created.

Instead of relying solely on advertising, Elev8 focuses on conversations with dental professionals across the UK, building relationships and understanding what dentists and practice teams are really looking for in their next move.

This approach allows us to introduce practices to people who may never have applied for the role in the first place.

Outside of recruitment, I spend much of my free time in the mountains hiking across North Wales and beyond.I also volunteer with North East Wales Search and Rescue, supporting callouts across the region since 2023.That experience has reinforced values that carry through into Elev8 Search Group, trust, reliability, and the importance of showing up when it matters most.
